Cool base has meterial underneath the arm pits to prevent over heating It’s live vents to let air out.
It is a completely differerent material very similar to the BP hats and jerseys. There are vents under the armpits and the jerserys are lighter for players to stay cool during the hot months and spring training. Many MLB players wear these during the regular season now but all BP jerseys are Cool base.
