Reds did it in 1990, not sure who else has done it.
Red Sox went pretty much wire to wire in 2007. They led from around May 1 to October.
The Mets did it in 1986.
On April 30, they were 13-3, 5 games up, and had an 11-game winning streak, they had a 20-4 start. In the end, they won 108 games, and finished 21 1/2 games ahead of the Phillies.
